If anybody thinks, that a mature actor or singer, who has been performing on stage for many years, there is no stage fright, he is wrong. Even older celebrities sometimes make public confessions, that they have stage fright. So it is not worth demanding from yourself the lack of it. Stage fright doesn't have to be a negative thing, because it is the stage fright that causes, that we try even harder and that is why everything is better for us. What is such stage fright anyway? It is simply the stress of speaking in public, that is, a performance of some kind, a cabaret sketch or singing a song in front of the audience. Such situations can be very stressful, especially if someone is just starting their adventure with the stage.
How to de-stress, that the stage fright was less? Just tell yourself, that stage fright is something good. There is actually a grain of truth in this, because adrenaline is released during stage fright, which is the hormone that makes us act and act at top speed. Stage fright can especially disturb singers, because then the voice may tremble, etc.. However, the voice can be learned to control in a variety of situations, and this is what they teach in many vocal schools, although you can of course do it yourself. It's also worth telling yourself, that all these people came for it, just to listen to me, not someone else. It really helps.
