Millionaire by mistake…
When, returning from school, an English teenager decided to check his account balance at a nearby ATM, he was surprised to discover, that he is a millionaire – informs “The Daily Telegraph”. Unfortunately, this was only a mistake of Lloyd's bank, which he transferred to the account of the 16-year-old 2 million pounds. The teenager had already paid out before correcting the mistakes 300 pounds, which he claims he intended for iPod and clothes. The boy's version was confirmed by his colleagues and a few other people, who saw the balance of the account, one of which, suspecting fraud, informed the bank about the extraordinary balance of the teenager's account. However, the correction of the error did not end the story. Soon after, the boy's mother was informed by the bank about 300 pound debt to my son, which seemed unusual to her, as the son did not have a credit card, and only the current account. Initially, no one in the local branch of the bank was able to explain to my mother the strange situation, especially appearing and disappearing 2 million pounds on the account. It was only after contacting the bank's headquarters that all the blame was placed on the ATM system. A spokesman for the bank promised, that he will carefully examine the matter in order to clarify it as soon as possible.
