Chicken is probably the most frequently consumed dish among Poles. Nothing unusual – poultry is perhaps the cheapest of all types of meat, and as you know – Poles are thrifty. Besides, poultry is really tasty, as long as it is properly prepared. Chicken with spinach can be prepared in many ways, but I will describe chicken fillets baked in spinach. Prepare meat and spinach separately. As for the meat, there is not much work to do. It is enough to put aside for a while the strips of fillet seasoned with a stock cube, preferably vegetable. It is no longer necessary to salt it, because the cube has a lot of salt in it! You can also add basil and oregano to taste, but you don't have to, because these spices will be in spinach.

Spinach should be thawed in a pan with previously fried garlic and onion. Then you need to add spices: basil, oregano (for these, who like), salt and pepper. Wait a few minutes and then add the kefir, cream or plain yogurt. The chicken needs to be fried a little and put on an ovenproof dish. Pour all the spinach, add cheese and camembert and bake in the oven for approx 20 minutes. The meat can be checked from time to time. The dish goes perfectly with couscous, which is prepared in 3 minutes. It is worth a try, because it's really good!
