According to zoologists, the most beneficial for the country would be the industrial-scale breeding of a pond frog – writes the internet newspaper on Wednesday “Diełowoj Pietierburg”. The creation of a frog industry will not require great resources – experts pointed out and appealed to Belarusian businessmen, to pay attention to the potential source of income. “Belarus has great stocks of this delicatessen product. It can count on significant currency inflows from the export of frog meat, if he develops industrial breeding of these frogs” – said an employee of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Ruslan Nawicki. Added, that there are three species of green frogs in Belarus. All three are edible and appreciated in the cuisines of different countries.
