Once again, the competition for the stupidest official order of police commanders was resolved. The winner of the plebiscite and the laureate of this year's award “Zlota Pała” became the police commander in Wołomin – he writes “Baltic Journal”. According to the journal's information, dog handlers had to submit written explanations on this matter. They translated to the commander, that four dogs can communicate with each other by barking and cannot whisper. They also warned, that police animals can howl, especially during the full moon. As it recalls “Baltic Journal”, last year's laureate “Golden Pala” became the head of the Toruń headquarters, Janusz Brodziński, which issued a special instruction for young officers, order during home interventions… they were taking off their shoes. “Zlota Pała” was established on the initiative of the participants of the police internet forum, which even a spokesman for the Police Headquarters looks at, subinsp.
