What stresses people the most
Wedding, a new job and a visit to the dentist are widely recognized sources of high stress, however, recently they include a completely new condition: panic fear of not having a cell phone. According to British scientists, for nomophobia, that is, fear of losing your phone (no mobile phobia), suffers over 13 millions of Brits, who have become so addicted to the camera, that its disappearance or discharge of the battery triggers a strong stress response in them. Most of the respondents do not part with their telephone, in order to be able to stay in constant contact with family and friends - more than half of them never switch off their phones for this reason. 10% must be "on the phone" for work, and 9% he tries to have his phone with him just for that, so as not to feel anxious. According to experts, nomophobia can affect up to 53% mobile phone users, who admit, that discharged battery, lack of telephone or loss of coverage causes a number of anxiety reactions in them.
