She was paid several thousand pounds for the CV she sent
One British woman extorted almost 100 thousand pounds dragging 22 age discrimination lawsuits. 50-year-old Margaret Keane answered all the ads, in which jobs were offered to people with newly acquired qualifications, and then attacked would-be employers with phone calls, in which she found out, why she was not hired and immediately brought a lawsuit for discrimination. The enterprising scammer did not even take care of a correct CV and sent companies documents full of spelling errors and without her date of birth, however, most of the entrepreneurs sued by her decided to pay her damages of the order for the sake of peace 4-10 thousands of pounds. The woman was only unmasked, when an employment tribunal dismissed five lawsuits she had filed with suggesting, that she had never applied for a job and that she applied only with the intention of extorting money.
