Unlucky thieves – two 19-year-olds from Lubrza – first they stole the battery from a fiat 126 p parked in Prudnik. When they went away with their prey, stumbled upon a security company patrol. “Frightened, they abandoned the battery, but later they went back to the stolen car and decided to steal it in its entirety” – A spokesman for the Opole police told PAP on Tuesday, order. The policemen agreed, that the 19-year-olds pushed the car out of the parking lot first, and then, for approx 5 kilometers they pushed a small Fiat. “Finally, tired, they left it in the parking lot of one of the companies in Lubrza. There they planned to dismantle the car and sell the parts for scrap” – said the policeman. Bad luck wanted, that in the company, where the stolen car was parked, he worked… its owner. After the night theft, the man noticed the lack of a car at the house and reported it to the police. When he got to work, his colleagues told him, that his car is parked in the car park. Milewski informed, that unlucky thieves, where other items were also found – most likely stolen – grozi kara do 5 years in prison. The owner of the car valued his vehicle by reporting the crime (vintage 1988) around 300 PLN.
