The story of a French mother ended with an unexpected and happy ending, whose car was stolen with her toddler inside. Thief, clearly surprised by the presence of a toddler, abandoned the vehicle and… called the police to the scene. As reported on Sunday by RTL radio, the theft took place in Hayange in the east of France (Lorraine). The criminal seized the moment, when the mother, going to the bakery, recklessly left the car with the engine running and the baby inside. It was enough, for the car to fall prey to the thief who is watching the situation. However, it was only after the vehicle was hijacked that the thief noticed, the car is not empty. So he decided to abandon the loot with the troublesome passenger. In addition, the gentleman-burglar, Fr. “strong Slavic accent” – as reported by RTL – by phone, he notified the police of where the vehicle was parked. To the joy of the mother, law enforcement officers found the car in the indicated place along with its whole and healthy underage passenger.
