As the Czech agency CTK writes, the man was extremely unlucky, because the keys fell into the drain. So he took off the canal cover and when he tried to fish them out, he burst in upside down. What worse – he got stuck and could not get to the surface.
Another driver noticed shoes sticking out of the canal. He called the police and pulled out with the officers “corner” from the channel. However, it was impossible to get the keys out.
