Expedition in search of the snow man
In Górska Szoria in the Kemerovo region (Western Siberia) The first expedition in the history of Russia ended, whose members were looking for the snow man. Expedition participant, director of the International Center for Homology Igor Burtsev reported, that specialists studied the Azassa cave area, located in the deaf taiga, 500 kilometers from Kemerovo. Several times local hunters saw human-like creatures two meters tall there. – We investigated the found traces, we made their plaster casts, we took some items for further analysis, we spoke with eyewitnesses – Burtsev reported. – We examined the area in detail and came to a conclusion, that all conditions exist for the habitation of such beings. Firstly, it is b. sparsely populated and mountainous area; there are plenty of fairly warm caves and clear fresh water. There is a lot of food in the taiga, and I am convinced, that snow people live there – Burtsev added. A scientist for over 40 years looking for a yeti. He conducted research in the US state of Tennessee, in Abkhazia and Mongolia. The ethnographer from the Kemerowski University, Valery Kimieev, also participated in the expedition, which for over 20 he has been studying Górska Szoria for years. – It is no coincidence that the hominid was seen here. Azasska Cave was discovered just a few years ago. This area of Szoria has practically not been explored.
We are going to come here again in May, when the flood situation stabilizes – Kimeyev stated. The head of the administration of the Tashtagolsky district, Vladimir Makuta, said, that it came to the authorities 14 written information from residents of remote villages, who supposedly saw the yeti in the cave area of Azassi, and also near the mountain river Mrassu. According to their descriptions, these creatures have a stocky build and resemble a brown bear measuring one and a half to two meters. Footprints with clearly marked toes were found in the snow. The creatures are all covered with reddish-black hair. They move well in trees.
