A group of climbers came across… yeti?
A group of Nepalese and American climbers say, that she had come across the tracks of a yeti while climbing Mount Everest, legendary “snow man”. The TV operator accompanying the expedition, Josh Gates, showed journalists the filmed traces of an humanoid or animal. Gates said, that members of the group found traces of a yeti on the bank of the Manju River in the Khumbu region, On the height 2850 meters. Members of the expedition are part of the filming crew for the TV series “Destination Truth”. They spent a week in the Khumbu area, looking for traces “snow man”. The yeti legend is supported by testimonies of many climbers since they were the first to climb Everest in 1953 Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tenzing Norgay, who told, that they discovered traces of a yeti on the slopes of the highest mountain in the world. Belief in the existence of the yeti is fairly common among the local people of Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan.
Based on their testimonies (there are no reliable photos), reports of climbers and the analysis of the discovered traces, scientists came to the conclusion, that the existence of a large cannot be ruled out, bipedal creature of an unidentified species, animal or human, upright posture, covered with silvery or red fur, similar to the great ape.
