Theocentrism
In view, which is called theocentrism, is recognized, that God is responsible for the existence of everything. God has a cause and purpose for all things to exist, people and other beings.
In theocentric science, it is God or according to other religions - gods, they are responsible for the existence of the universe. All deity is outside of him, but he still calls for contact with himself.
Theocentric religions include Christianity, Islam and Judaism. These are, of course, monotheistic religions, that is, professing faith in one God. Theocentrism was spoken of in antiquity. Philosophers have dealt with this problem, interested in different religions.
Exemplary philosophers in antiquity, who revolved around theocentrism, Byli Platon, Aristotle, and also Plotinus. Plato, even in his work entitled The Republic, writes about the Highest Good, which contributed to the creation of all beings, and also to knowledge. Aristotle calls the Supreme Good after his "First Mover", who was responsible for moving all beings, although he himself was still all the time.
Plotinus also presented his thoughts on theocentrism, who thinks, that everything should be left behind behind the One, that is, everything that is said and everything that is thought. Especially in the Middle Ages, you could feel all the most important theocentric theses in the Catholic Church. It was then that philosophy and religion worked closely together.
