The man and a 23-year-old woman in the room with facial and limb injuries were hospitalized. 30-year old with facial injuries, hands and thighs was transported to the hospital in Chełm. The man remained in the surgery ward. He is conscious, doctors assess his condition as stable. 23-summer woman, who was in the same room during the explosion, sustained an eye injury. After providing medical assistance, she was released home. In the apartment, a 25-year-old woman with two children, five and eight years old, was staying in the next room. None of these people were injured.
The grenade shards broke several holes in the walls and one pane in the window. Immediately after the incident, the residents of the tenement house were evacuated (9 people). Fortunately, the explosion did not damage the structure of the building.
