During the driving test, she got a fine and penalty points
18-The year-old from Brodnica received a 250 zloty fine during the driving test and 6 penalty points. Because she had a bump when braking. Another vehicle hit the test Toyota Yaris from behind. It happened yesterday, early afternoon, on the exit route from Toruń towards Gdańsk. – This is a strange thing. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation – the owner of a driving school from Brodnica is complaining. – The examiner told me to accelerate the car to 50 kilometers per hour and emergency braking at roadside height, blue board – 18-year-old Anna, who was fined with the mandate, explains. – I rushed to 52 for an hour and I scared you, I'm going too fast, so I started slowing down to 30 Kilometers. Then I braked sharply. At that moment, I felt a blow from behind. As our interlocutor says, the examiner had a grudge against her. He spoke, that was not the order. He called the Toruń police, which gave her a fine. To the driver, who hit the Toyota, nor did they blame the examiner. The driver just said, that everything happened quickly and he is shocked. The student submitted to the punishment, because she did not want the case to be brought to trial. However, when the emotions subsided and she complained to her instructor from Brodnica, he went with her to the police station to advertise the mandate. Marek Staszczyk, the director of the Provincial Road Traffic Center in Toruń assured us, that he will investigate the matter carefully, will review the camera video. The director added, that in the country the people examined were fined several times.
And that's the situation, when the student led to a collision ignoring the examiner's instructions or performing a risky maneuver on their own. – The imposition of a mandate is allowed under the Code of Petty Offenses – informs Wiesław Rzyduch, head of the Road Traffic Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz.
