The most active sperm donor in Europe, became a biological father 46 kids. Dutch travel guide Ed Houben concludes, that thanks to this he found out something about himself – informs “Daily Telegraph”. It does not receive any remuneration for its activities. – I do it, because I know how hard it is for people to live, who want to have a child, and for biological reasons, can not. And going to fertility clinics costs them a lot of time and money – says Houben to the British “Daily Telegraph”. A record donor tries to get to know families, who want to have children, to check, will they be good parents. After using the limit 25 donation, provided by sperm banks, Houben started doing it “on your own”. – Families, who learn about my activities from the internet, or from friends, they only cover the cost of travel, or come to me – says the record donor. 12 kids, whose biological father is Houben, lives in his neighborhood. – That's nice, that these kids will be able to play with their own “brothers” i “sisters” – states the donor.
British newspaper draws attention, that there has been a sharp decline in the number of sperm donors in the UK due to a change in the law, which no longer provides for the anonymity of donors.
