Two counties in the south- west of England have announced, that they will offer every lady's flip-flops for free, too inserted, to come home in high heels – he gave “The Times”. As emphasized by the city authorities, when planning the campaign, they were guided by the knowledge of the residents' holiday customs. The humanitarian initiative of the Torbay authorities did not like the local branch of the Taxpayers Society. Its management condemned the entire action as “stupidly squandering a public penny”.
