Cyclists should be careful
Cycling can be a great way to burn calories and shape the muscles in your legs, but experts warn against limiting oneself to this kind of physical activity only. The latest research proves, avid cyclists have much lower bone density, than people practicing various types of sports, because cycling does not promote bone development to the same extent, such as aerobics, or weight-bearing exercises. According to scientists, cyclists should include other sports in their training program and prevent bone thinning with a healthy cheese-rich diet, fishes, fresh fruit and vegetables.
