Failure to do so could lead to the wrong person being arrested! Two German policemen were handcuffed by their colleagues. Why? The mishap of the Berlin police is extremely shameful. How often policemen arrest policemen… by accident? Two robbers attacked a 24-hour liquor store during the night. The saleswoman managed to sound a silent alarm. Two policemen reacted to him immediately, who were nearby. The officers were in civilian clothes, which, of course, did not prevent them from neutralizing the thieves. It could all have turned out well, if two more policemen had not rushed into the store a moment later, this time in uniforms. Law enforcement officers did not recognize their colleagues and… they arrested them. During the struggle, the real attackers managed to escape. – Uniformed policemen figured out what had just happened, when they recognized one of the policemen, whom they arrested.
They realize, that they fooled themselves, and the real criminals have fled – said a spokesman for the Berlin police. Police apologized for the unfortunate incident.
