In Moscow, unknown perpetrators stole one of the most expensive serial cars in the world. Maybacha 57 – worth half a million dollars – one of the Russian music producers lost. The two thieves stunned the driver and drove him outside the center of Moscow. Then they drove away in the stolen car. German Maybachs are among the most expensive mass-produced cars in the world. Model 57 in the basic version it costs money 310 000 euro, and the price of the most expensive is practically unlimited. For this price, customers get more than just a luxury car, but also exclusive service. A personal consultant cares for the satisfaction of each client, who takes care of the car. Model name 57 it is derived from the length of the car – 5 meters and 70 centimeters. It is equipped with a five and a half liter engine, which allows you to develop speed up to 250 kilometers per hour. It weighs almost three tons.
The production is carried out by a company based in the German town of Sindelfinden, founded by Wilhelm Maybach and his son Karl in 1909 year. Initially, Maybach manufactured only aircraft engines. During the Second World War, he produced power units for “Tigers” i “Panther”. After the war, he resumed the production of luxury cars. In Germany, the car of this brand drives approx 50 people. In Poland, the first Maybach was sold in 2003 year. Currently, there are approx 40. Maybach can only be purchased on request. Several months are waiting for its collection.
