90-the summer couple from Prestwick, Scotland, are the oldest students in a computer course at a local college there. They decided to take classes, because they wanted to keep in touch with their son living in Malaysia – informs the BBC. Harry and Marjorie Richardsons began their adventure with computers by becoming familiar with the Internet. They have since mastered the Publisher programs, PowerPoint and word processors. They both can also use e-mail and Skype, as well as upload family photos. Now Mr. Richardson creates the greeting cards himself, and his wife is working on a multimedia family history. – I know, that such a time will come, when we are no longer as fit and spend more time at home. Then it will be good to be able to use a computer and be able to communicate with the world – Harry Richardson explained. Added, that he is in class “full of retired people, who come regardless of the weather”.
