The title character is a man with ambitions to become the greatest gangster. He goes with his friend to a big city, to meet your goals. I must praise Edward G.. Robinson playing Little Caesar, because he really put himself into the roles. Actually, he was that character.
On the technical side. Despite his early years, the sound is ok, watching completely normally. Plot, that is, the left leg of the movie. Rather no flaws, advantages even less.
