55-summer American Steve Wilder, Nebraska resident, performed a tracheotomy on himself using a steak knife. P. Wilder, who suffers from throat cancer, he woke up in the middle of the night unable to breathe. He didn't call – as he said – to the emergency room, because he knew, that help is too late.
