The latest research proves, that millions of Britons include oily fish in their diets, spinach, liver, lentils and yeast extract purely for their nutritional value, because they really dislike the taste of these products very much. During their entire life, the average person eats over 4000 healthy food portions, which she doesn't like. On the hated list, but a tolerable food there is spinach, fatty fish, dark bread, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, lentil, muesli, liver, mushrooms and onion.
