He survived 25 Years, though he was terrified of food

British chef Andrew Forster could not enjoy the products of his culinary arts, for by suffering through 25 years of fear of eating, he only ate biscuits, crackers and other dry pastries – writes a journal “Daily Mail”. Forster, who currently has 27 Years, he told the journal, that he stopped eating, when he had 18 months. – Doctors advised my mother, to make me cold, I'll start eating it, but all I wanted was biscuits – he said. – The mere thought of eating something else made me sick – he explained. However, his addiction to this one-sided diet did not dissuade him from pursuing his intention to become a chef. Forster is a chef at an Italian restaurant in Shotley Bridge, Co. Durham. He had no choice but to rely on the staff's opinion on the taste of the dishes, that were supposed to hit the table.

Forster's fiancée got into the case, 24-summer Caroline Lister, who fearing for his health, persuaded him to seek advice from nutritionists and psychotherapists. – It's fantastic, that I can taste such great dishes – Forster told reporters, who managed to overcome the phobia.
