How to make homemade mayonnaise
As with food products, also mayonnaise prepared at home, it is much healthier than this, which we can buy in the store. Its preparation is very simple and takes only a few minutes.
We will need a tall dish to prepare it, in which we will whip mayonnaise and a mixer.
We take 1 egg. We separate the protein from the yolk. We leave the protein, and put the yolk into a tall dish. Then add one teaspoon of mustard. Depending on the taste we want to get, we can add spicy Russian mustard or a milder cream or table mustard. Let's not forget about a teaspoon of salt as well. If you like, you can also add a little pepper, czosnku lub jakiejś innej ulubionej przyprawy. We also prepare a glass of oil. Add a little to the rest of the ingredients and start mixing. While whisking, add a little oil, stirring constantly, until you get the desired one, thick consistency.
It takes only a few minutes to prepare such mayonnaise. There are no preservatives or any flavor enhancers in it. This homemade sauce will be a great addition to meats, eggs and all types of salads.
