How to make tartar sauce
Tartar sauce is a very good addition, especially to eggs, although it also tastes great as an addition to sandwiches, and even meat dishes. We serve it cold. It is not difficult to implement, in addition, it can be prepared quite a lot and stored ready in the refrigerator for a long time.
Four pickled cucumbers and 15 Dice the pickled medium-sized mushrooms into small cubes. Peel one medium-sized onion and chop it finely. 200 Mix a gram of mayonnaise with one teaspoon of mustard (depending on your taste preferences, you can use mild or spicy mustard). To this mixture we add our chopped ingredients and mix thoroughly. Season the mixed sauce with salt to taste, pepper and sugar. Of course, such a sauce can also be seasoned to your liking. It also tastes very interesting with the addition of Provencal herbs, be thyme. Some also add a bit of hot pepper. You have complete freedom when making this sauce. However, the taste should be properly sour, which is characteristic to tartar sauce. Leave the ready sauce for some time so that all the flavors blend well.
