What Edyta Górniak is famous for

There are such artists in Poland, which should be appreciated, respect, and most of all to brag about them all over the world. Edyta Górniak is one of such artists. She talks about herself, that she is not a celebrity and has interrupted interviews more than once, whenever someone called her that. He avoids giving details of his life to the press, unless it deems it appropriate. However, he is not the star of scandals, but a stage star and it was her amazing voice that brought her a huge career, not only in Poland, but also in Europe (mainly in years 90.).

It all started with the musical Metro directed by Józefowicz, in which Edyta played one of the main roles. After the Metro musical, it's time for the Eurovision Song Contest. It was the first Polish appearance in this competition. Edyta competed in Berlin, where she took 2. place and since then it is the only such high distinction at Eurovision. From that moment on, Edyta became very popular. She has released several albums. The records were selling the best: Touch, Pearl, EKG.

In year 2012 Edyta released the album MY, which is not like the previous ones. Much more electronic sounds in it. This is also how the next album promises to be, whose premiere is scheduled for this fall. From tomorrow, Edyta can be watched on TV 2 as a juror in The Voice of Poland program.
