How to make barbecue sauce
Many people eat grilled meat as standard with mustard or ketchup. However, this is a mistake, because meat with a specially prepared sauce that emphasizes the taste of the dish is much better.
One of the most popular barbecue sauces is barbecue sauce. Its execution is very simple.
Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan and fry one chopped onion and three crushed garlic cloves on it. When the onion is fried, add it 50 a dag of tomato puree, two tablespoons of red wine vinegar, tablespoon of soy sauce and two tablespoons of sugar (preferably brown). Season with cayenne pepper, a teaspoon of mustard and freshly ground pepper. Mix everything well and simmer for about 20 minutes. Barbecue sauces come in many different varieties. They are most popular in the United States. They go perfectly with chicken meat, beef and pork. Such a sauce can be served both hot, and cold. Of course, it can also be used as an addition to sandwiches, or grilled vegetables.
