Ecologists: There should be a tea brewing controller in every company
A British government funded organization to help avoid wasting money has proven, that taxpayers' money is being spent on truly worthy causes. Envirowise, because that's the name of the organization, made an appeal to companies across the country, to create a job for… tea controllers! The new employees would create a special service, which would take care of the efficient use of water. Envirowise is an organization financed from the budget of the British equivalent of the Ministry of Finance. He deals with pro-ecological activities and advising on the efficient use of resources. The organization calls on all companies to appoint a special employee, which will monitor and control tea brewing by employees. How did you come to that? According to estimates by Envirowise, every year until 30 billions of cups of water are heated unnecessarily. The tea inspector's office will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which ultimately is to make it easier for employers to save money. – Establish a special tea service, to be sure, that all hot drinks are prepared efficiently – we read in the Envirowise statement.
Mary Leonard, director of the organization, he considers, that compliance with the appeal will reduce expenses in both large and small companies. Of course, there were voices of criticism – main objection raised, it is a waste of taxpayers' money “useless initiatives”.
