How to prepare a punch
Punch is a very popular drink at many events, especially in Western countries, however, in Poland it also has its supporters. It is a refreshing drink which additionally has a very pleasant taste and aroma.
Scald two oranges and two lemons with hot water. Then we rub the skin from them and squeeze the juice. Before juicing, it is worth squeezing the fruit, then it is much easier to squeeze out the juice. Pour a liter of white table wine and half a liter of white rum into a pot. We add two more glasses of sugar, fruit juice and zest to the alcohol. Bring everything together to the boil, stirring from time to time so that all the ingredients combine even better. At your discretion, you can add fresh mint leaves to the boiling punch, sage or lemon balm. This will add a refreshing note.
Serve the finished punch warm, in small glasses.
The same punch can also be made with red wine, be cider or champagne. It all depends on the taste preferences of the people who will eat them.
