How to make homemade blueberry juice

Pour alternately cleaned ripe berries and sugar into a three-liter jar. We should use three glasses of sugar and two glasses of fruit for this. There should be a thick layer of sugar on top.
We wrap the opening of the jar with folded gauze several times. Put the prepared and secured jar aside on 3-5 weeks in a sunny place. From time to time, it is worthwhile to strongly move the jar. During this time, the fruit should release the juice. Sift the produced juice through a fine sieve. The fruit should not be imprinted, this will keep the juice clearer. Pour the drained juice into bottles and close them tightly.
The juice prepared in this way can be used in many ways. It tastes very good when diluted with water, and as an addition to black tea. It can also be used as a syrup for all kinds of desserts.
