Banana brownie

Ingredients:

-1,5 cups of oatmeal
-1 spoon of natural cocoa
-3-4 plain chocolate cubes
– 1 spoon of coconut shrims
-1 banana
-1/2 glasses of milk

We take two bowls. In one, we will prepare dry ingredients, and in the other - wet. Put flour in the first one, cocoa, shavings and grated chocolate pieces. In the second bowl, mix the wet ingredients together, i.e. milk mixed with mashed banana and possibly 2 spoons of honey. Combine all ingredients and bake about 15 minutes in 180 degrees.

Banana ice cream

Ingredients:

– 2-3 ripe bananas
– 1 spoon of honey
– 1 a teaspoon of coconut shrims

Slice the bananas, put them in a bag and put them in the freezer for about an hour, then mix them in a duet with coconut flakes and a little honey. We get a delicious banana sorbet, which we put into cups. It's worth adding a little coconut milk, if the mass is too thick. It is not only a low-calorie dessert, but also a delicious alternative to party snacks.

Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients:

-1,5 cups of oatmeal
– 2 the eggplant
– 1 spoon of cocoa
– 2 spoons of plum jam or jam
– 1 a teaspoon of honey
-1 spoon of coconut shrims

All ingredients must be kneaded and formed with the help of hands, glasses or molds. Put cookies in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes. A circle should come out of the given proportions 25 cookies.

Marshmallow

Ingredients:

-1 a pack of natural yoghurt
– 1 a glass of cow or coconut milk (for taste)
– 3 spoons of coconut shrims
– 1 spoon of honey
– gelatine

We mix yogurt with milk, and roast the coconut in a pan. We are waiting, until they turn golden. We add them to the yoghurt and sweeten with honey. Dissolve gelatin following the instructions on the packaging. We combine it with mass, and then pour it into the cups. We put the bowls in the fridge for a few hours. When the cream sets, serve it with seasonal fruit, mousse with syrup or jam.

 

Nobody says that, by the way, to give up sweets in dessert. There are artificial, healthy sweeteners that can effectively replace unhealthy food sugar, these include, among others, stevia and xylitol, of which I recommend the first one more – it is made from some Japanese plant, she's as sweet as five glasses of sugar, and at the same time calorie-free.
