How to make goulash soup
Goulash soup is a popular dish, primarily in Hungary. In Poland, however, it also gained quite a lot of popularity, mainly because it is very tasty and easy to make.
First, you need to peel two onions and dice them into quite thick cubes. Then put the onions into a pot and brown it in a little oil until golden brown. We add diced to it 300 gram of meat (preferably pork or beef) and add a teaspoon of hot pepper, a teaspoon of sweet pepper, a teaspoon of cumin and a teaspoon of marjoram. We stew everything through 20 minutes and then pour water (1,5 liter of boiling water). Dice two green peppers and add to the soup. We're cooking more 30 minutes. After this time, put diced into the pot 4 potatoes and one can of tomatoes. Cook everything covered until all ingredients are soft. Finally, season with salt to taste, pepper, paprika and marjoram. We serve it warm with the addition of fresh bread. If anyone likes, mushrooms or dried mushrooms can also be added to such a soup, they add an interesting aroma to the soup.
