The plot of "Świat ..." concerns the Kiepski family and their neighbors from an old tenement house in Wrocław. The humor of this sitcom is ordinary, not even to say: unleavened and iconoclastic. He condemns flaws such as laziness (Ferdek Kiepski and his son Walduś) and total selfishness (neighbor of Paździoch). The main characters still enjoy the beer "Strong Full" and cigarettes under the graceful name "Kiepy", and the whole family is supported by the mother - nurse Halinka Kiepska. The bad guys often fall victim to the intrigues of their neighbor Marian Paździoch, and a colorful accent in their gray reality is the postman writing limerica (played by Bohdan Smoleń).
The series received several awards from viewers: 1st place in the Telekamera Plebiscite 2001 i 2002, 2nd place in the Telekamera Plebiscite 2007, 3rd place in the Telekamera Plebiscite 2008 - so it is even more surprising that Internet users call it "the worst" of the year 2011. The series has thirteen seasons and over four hundred episodes.
