This, Linda - review

The film is very well known by many, played quite frequently on free TV. It deals with the issue of equality between women and men, this time in Polish post-communist times. It's strong, a moving production with leading Polish actors. Recently, I had the pleasure of writing about the Kramer Case, and both items have a lot in common.

Bogusław Linda in the main title role. The film is about a man in his 30s, whose personal life begins to crumble. The hero himself works as a camera operator, his family is absorbed in work and does not spend too much time. One day, after returning home, he was slightly drunk, meets wife, which mutilated itself, accuses him of beating him. Michal Sulecki (Boguslaw L.) I'll excuse myself, however, this is the beginning of the breakdown of their marriage.
Incidentally, writing. There is little on the blog about Polish films, I will try to correct. There will be something tomorrow.

I recently listened to a radio broadcast on the subject of equality. Never mind, Is the marriage falling apart due to my dad's or mom's fault?. In most cases, fathers have the right, at most for visits a few times a month, if no agreement is reached. This is understandable to some extent, But let's look at what absurdities can occur - here is the voice of "Dad". I much prefer this film, than the Kramer Affair. These are two separate productions, while the Polishness speaks for the painting by Maciej Ślesicki. The mentality is closer to me than to the American work. The Kramer case is a drama film, but Dad, beyond his morality, carries a large dose of emotions - he presents the brutality of the whole situation, maybe even too hard sometimes. last thing, production with Linda is rather male cinema, maybe it has an influence on liking as well.

Aleksandra Maliszewska in the role of a young daughter makes a really good impression. She later appeared in Sarah, and still later the trace of her was lost. Very intelligent dialogues are interesting in the mouth of a child, especially one who can play them. Cezary Pazura added his three cents in the role of Cezary, plays a very normal guy, which he probably rarely happened. I wrote about the tragedy in "Dad". In my opinion, however, it was a bit exaggerated - everyone who saw the film fully understands what I mean. The impression after the movie is as positive as possible.
