Bloodhound – car, which will be faster than the projectile
British engineers presented a model of a rocket car, to be the fastest vehicle in the world. Thanks to him, they want to break their own guinness record on land. The record so far was almost 1230 kilometers per hour, which is slightly more than the speed of sound, belongs to the British pilot Andy Green. He established it 11 years ago; now he is going to go even faster. British scientists are building a car, whose maximum speed exceeds sixteen hundred kilometers per hour – this is more than the speed of a projectile fired from a small arms. The rocket car called Bloodhound will be equipped with a rocket engine; his wheels, which have to withstand enormous loads, they are made of titanium. It is not known yet, where the record attempt will take place, British engineers note, however, that they need at least two more years to complete the work.
