He spent a flight down the toilet

A passenger should not expect great flight comfort from low-cost airlines. But to sit on the toilet for more than three hours, because there was no room – this is too much. Gokhan Mutlu, who lives in New York, has gone 16 February for a trip to San Diego. He used the voucher, which JetBlue employees have the right to give to their friends. A week later, he decided to go home, the same lines. He did not expect, that ongoing 5 hours, the journey will turn out to be so uncomfortable. After 90 minutes from departure, the pilot told the surprised man, that he would have to leave his seat and yield to the flight attendant, Because… her armchair is uncomfortable. For formal reasons, Mutlu couldn't just switch places with a woman. Only airline employees can sit in the seat she is occupying, and the man is not like that. So where should a passenger without a seat in the plane go?? The only free seat was left… headquarters. And there, too, the man was directed. Here's what the unlucky passenger heard from the pilot, when he objected: – I'm the pilot here, this is my plane, under my command, and the passenger should be grateful for the mere fact of being on board. It is difficult for a passenger to discuss with the pilot during the flight. Having no way out, Mutlu went to the appointed place and spent another in the toilet 3 hours. He couldn't even go back to his seat, when at one point the plane fell into turbulence. The story could not end otherwise than in court.

The passenger, outraged by such treatment, filed a lawsuit by Fr. 2 million dollars in damages from airlines for putting his life and health in danger. A representative of JetBlue declined to comment on the matter yesterday.
