The American researcher has developed a unique method of enriching all kinds of baked goods with caffeine, making coffee, tea and energy drinks will no longer be the only ways to boost your energy levels throughout the day. Dr Robert Bohannon, who runs his own cafe, intends to sell cookies containing po 100 mg of caffeine, that is, the equivalent of one cup of coffee.
“It is a great solution for people, who dream of a cup of milk and a normal dose of caffeine. The cookie should provide them with the same amount of energy, every little black dress” – says Bohannon.
