When the beginning of summer

In addition to the astronomical summer, we can also distinguish the calendar summer, and also climatic. As for the calendar summer, that's it 22 June. Climate summer, on the other hand, is much harder to say. They are determined after daily observations of temperatures. If the daily average on the thermometer shows over 15 degrees Celsius, then we can actually speak of a climate summer. In fact, it should rather be over the long term. Because otherwise we will be able to talk about weather anomalies. After all, high temperatures can occur both in April, in May, and in October.

The concept of summer is sometimes confused with school holidays. Here, such mistakes are most often made by schoolchildren, for which summer and vacation are literally the same. As for the start of this season, they do not get too wrong with that. But when it comes to the end of the vacation and the end of summer, that is a difference of more than three weeks.
